Woman Strong Workforce

Today marks just a century since some British women were first guaranteed the right to vote. ‘The Representation of the People Act was adopted in February 1918, eventually paving the way for universal women’s suffrage in the country.’ 100 years isn’t a very long time in the grand scheme of things, but it has been a mighty fine 100 years for change, it may still seem as though we are not yet on equal pars with the male species, but watch out, we are working on it!

With an 75% woman workforce here in Cochran Dickie, this is the perfect time to show our favourite properties from the last year here in both offices!

Starting with Stacey, the fabulous Ladyland Estate (very fitting name may I add.)

‘I love the contrast between the sleek modern styling of the interior against the rural and traditional surroundings.’ SD

Karen choice is the great Balgonie Woods, Paisley

‘The living area in this property is the ultimate entertaining family space. Who doesn’t love open-plan living?’  KM

Clare’s choice is this amazing property ‘Harebells, Kilmacolm’

I love the kitchen living area, the double height ceiling with beams over head are truly breathtaking.’ CLC

Brodie Park Avenue, Paisley was our Emma’s choice.

‘This property is all about the woman’s touch. I love the classic vintage styling throughout, so elegant.’ ED

Katie’s pick is this gorgeous flat Greenlaw Avenue, Paisley

‘Such a classy and simplistic styling, wood and white, yet it works so well in this flat. I love it.’ KH

And lastly.. my pick, the spectacular Syde, Kilmacolm

‘There is just something that has always stuck out for me with traditional homes, I would choose them over new builds any day, the character that comes with age, is incomparable. The wood-burning stove is the complete cherry on top for me with this cosy family home’ RH
